Rest easy, my friends, for camel milk chocolate can now be yours. Al Nassma will soon be providing chocolate made from camel milk. It is considered a luxury item in the Middle East. Camel milk contains less fat, less lactose and more insulin than cow milk, so is more suitable for diabetics (I did not know that). And none too soon, either. No longer will I have to rely on canned Haggis to fulfill my international culinary desires.
